Well, first off we use a mixture of lights throughout the session to set the mood:
- UV - Yeah you read it right, wear your best clothes and glow through the sweat!!
The Journey -
Storage - Sounds like a small details but the dumbbells are stored on the back of the bike and out of the way!! Leaving plenty of space for your sweat towels and water bottles!!

- Cold lavender face towels on hand straight after the session - This is like Heaven in your hands!!
- Best Blast shower - A cold air blast that located in both changing room. Think giant hair dryer but ice cold!!
- Best Blends - Our in house bar will make up one of the famous iced blends for you to make sure you a have balanced mix of Carbs, Fats and Proteins. These drinks taste like a dream!!!

Cycle shuffle - 1200-1300
Join Chrissy and Abi as they team teach an unknown cycle session! Each instructor will load 2 playlists into the sound system and then SHUFFLE will begin!
NOBODY knows whats coming, until the music starts. This could be 45 minutes of pure sprints, hills or choreography! Its time to bring the sweat out! Only 25 spaces are available!
Build a Bootcamp - 1200-1300
Join Dr.Abs for a 1 off special bootcamp, built......BY YOU!
Over the next 14 days a run or floor section will built and added to the bootcamp. If you've been to a Dr.Abs bootcamp before you know the rules, no stopping on the treads and sprint the finish EVERY round! Just remember, you, the members, are to blame for the pain!
Triple Team Bootcamp - 1300-1400
1 person on the treadmill, 2 people hitting the floor, this is 50 minutes of bootcamp with no "official" rest stations....
20 team spots available, if you are not in a team don't worry, we'll build you one! Can you beat the "Best's" team?
All 3 team members must purchase a credit and book into any space available. Treadmills will be given out on the day.
Brunch with Best's - 1400 onwards
Head out for a 3km run with us after the main sessions.
Leaving at 1400, we will take a leisurely run to Duck and Waffle for a bite to eat. We'll even arrange for your bags to be taken to the spot for you to collect on arrival so no need to head back to the club afterwards.
